Depression is very real, but in most circumstances is a spiritual matter...not a medical problem. Depression is but one result of what happens when the Peace of God is traded for buying into the lies of the world. Greed, lust, hatred, selfishness and unforgiveness are the tell-tale symptoms behind depression.

Modern medicine is not equipped to diagnose or treat spiritual sickness. But since modern medicine is trusted as God by many people (including many Christians), depression is treated as though it were a medical condition.

There is both godly and evil medicine. Medicine from God always heals and never kills. Medicine from hell never heals and can only kill. This is how you can test good medicine from bad.

Drug companies that produce SSRI's are driven by greed and power at the expense of human life. They lie to doctors and the public about their products. They influence politicians and overseers to serve their goals of more money and power.
